No matter how hard the past, we can always begin again...
Most often, people seek out hypnotherapy as a last resort solution. Usually, they will have tried other methods, often over a period of years, only to find their difficulties persist or revisit from time to time. Hypnotherapy is a proven, powerful method of instigating positive change.
Hypnoanalysis helps to identify, locate and root out the often suppressed memories of the experiences that might be causing you unwanted physical conditions, phobias, stress, and other anxiety based issues. Hypnoanalysis helps you gain awareness of why you are experiencing problems, and then to move on, stronger and wiser than before.
What's central to hypnoanalysis is that we can trust the subconscious mind fully and depend on it to help us achieve positive change. The subconscious mind works for our good. When we are traumatised we sometimes suppress memories of the experience, so as to protect ourselves from the hurt they bring. To overcome symptoms caused by buried memories of upsetting or confusing events, we need to find anad root out the reasons behind the symptoms, and deal with them, so that we can move on without carrying the hurt or confusion based symptoms we want to change. Hypnoanalysis is a good way of doing this.
No matter how hard the past, you can always begin again. You have the tools to do that. The awareness of the root of your problems and how to overcome them is within your subconscious mind. Milton H Erickson put it this way: "We all have so much knowledge of which we are unaware."
Rita is a registered clinical hypnotherapist and hypnoanalyst. Her speciality is hypnoanalysis. She is a practicing member of the European Association of Professional Hypnotherapists (EAPH) and she is listed on the National Hypnotherapy-Psycotherapy Register.
She came to hypnotherapy and hypnoanalysis the long way. She started out as a barrister then worked in a number of corporate organisations before moving towards healing work. She worked full-time on the streets as an outreach worker with a Dublin city based rough sleeper team. She has always been drawn to healing and interested in the healing powers of the mind. This curiousity led to her re-training in advanced hypnotherapy and hypnoanalysis and to setting up her clinic, where she specialises in hypnoanalysis.
As is required of all therapists, she attends regular professional supervision and frequently upgrades her professional qualifications. She abides by the EAPH code of conduct and ethics and with that of the ICHP which is the professional organisation behind her training.
Her ICHP qualification in advanced clinical hypnotherapy and hypnoanalysis is widely accredited, with the ICHP being affilitated with the following organisations:
- General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (UK) - representing more than 90 organisations throughout Europe
- National Guild of Hypnotherapists (USA)
